Q1. Is distance delivered instruction of the same quality as traditional instruction?

from my point of view ,distance education will offer that developed instruction regardless all the learner conditions .Another point will be the quality of instruction that suit different learning speeds and to connect teachers and learners in different places .So, distance education really help those learners who cant travel abroad or learners with special needs to learn and get their BA or just simple courses for meet their needs. distance education offers that great quality and quantity of information and solve problems of distance and time. Now by using distance education all learners can learn and develop their proficiency.Distance education deliver the promise of classes, a large and geographically diverse population, to do justice. Not only that, but it seems to be strong for such programs. Also, Many universities feel compelled to control costs, improve quality education to meet the focus on customer needs and competitive pressure (Horgan, 1998, p. 1). Distance learning technologies have the potential to help solve these problems.
